A board member of many companies, and a member of a number of committees, Abdulmalik holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Al-Faisal University, and combines engineering and investment experience. He is currently an investment analyst at Artal Capital.
Working for the past three decades in the field of real estate development and investment, Dr. Al-Dakhil participated in managing real estate companies, planning and developing projects, financial structuring and asset management. He held the position of CEO of Mawten Real Estate Company, director of subsidiaries and sister companies, member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee in Tadawul Real Estate Company, member of the Board of Directors of Masheed Arabia Company, member of the Advisory Board of Aseer Investment Company, member of the Board of Directors of Hail Municipality Company, and Vice President of Kinan Real Estate Development Company (Savola Group), as well as the head of the Department of Architecture and Building Sciences at King Saud University. He also served as a member of boards and committees in many governmental and private agencies, the most important of which are the Board of Directors of the Saudi Real Estate Association, the Scientific Committee of the National Real Estate Committee of the Council of Saudi Chambers, and the Real Estate Committee of the Chamber of Commerce in Riyadh. He holds a PhD in Architecture from the University of Michigan, USA. Dr. Al-Dakhil participated in many national projects and advised a group of public and charity organizations.
Fawaz AlRajhi is the Chairman of AlRajhi United.
Prior to establishing the family office, Fawaz had spent more than a decade working in the banking industry. He held various positions within AlRajhi Bank and AlRajhi Capital, most recently as the Head of Private Equity Placement and Origination. He also worked at AlRajhi Bank’s Corporate Banking Department where he was involved in the origination and underwriting of loans for major corporates.
In addition to his leadership role at AlRajhi United, Fawaz serves as a member of the board of directors of several organizations, including RAK Ceramics and Saudi Automotive Services (SASCO).
Fawaz is also involved in various philanthropic initiatives in Saudi Arabia and the developing world and he advises other GCC family offices and high net-worth individuals on their investment strategies and corporate governance.
Fawaz holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and two Bachelor degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the King Fahd University of Petroleum of Minerals.
Dr AlHathloul has a B.Arch from King Saud University 1972, an MAUD from Harvard University, 1975 and a Ph.D. in Architecture and Environmental Studies from MIT, 1981.

He was chairman of the Department of Architecture at King Saud University, 1981 and 1984. He served as Deputy Minister for Town Planning, Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, Saudi Arabia between 1984 - 2004. He served as a member in the boards of directors for several Government Organizations, i.e. Arriyadh Development Authority, Makkah Development Authority, Hail Development Authority and the Royal Commission for Al-Jubail-Yanbu.
Dr. AlHathloul was a member of the jury for: the Organization of Arab Cities` Award; the 1998 AgaKhan Award, Prince Sultan Bin Salman Heritage Award; AlFozan Award for Mosuqe Architecture. He is an author of 5 books and more than 70 articles in the field of Architecture & Urbanism.
Dr. AlHathloul is an Adjunct Professor of Architecture & Urban Design at the Collage of Architecture and Planning, King Saud University, Riyadh, chairman of the board: S.Alhathloul Dev. Co., member of the b o a r d: Dur Hospitality Co ., Jabal Al Shafa Dev. Co ., & Ittihad Al Rajhi Real Estate Co., and an advisor on National and Regional Development Strategies for several non-profit Organizations.
Mr. Khaled held many administrative and legal positions, as he headed the internal audit in the Saudi Telecom Company (STC), and was a director of auditing and financial advisory at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund. He also chaired many audit committees such as the audit committee of the National Developmental Housing Foundation (Sakan), the audit committee of the endowments of King Saud University, the audit committee of Aqua Power, and many other companies and organizations. He also served as a member of the board of directors of many bodies, companies and organizations, including the Board of Directors of the Saudi Capital Market Authority, the Board of Directors of the Saudi Coca-Cola Company, the Board of Directors of Al-Andalus Real Estate Company, the Saudi Accounting Association, the Saudi Society of Internal Auditors, and others. Mr. Khaled holds many local and international academic, scientific and professional certificates.
Fahad AlKassim has established numerous companies throughout his career such as Amwal Financial Consulting Company, Century 21 Saudi Arabia and Fincorp Investment Holding Company Egypt. He also established KPMG's office in Riyadh and the Eastern Region and was the managing partner of KPMG for several years. He was previously the Executive Director of Dallah Hospital.
Fahad serves as a member of the board of directors of five listed Saudi companies, operating in various sectors: Savola, Jarir, Dur Hospitality, Dallah Health and Bank Albilad. Previously as part of his voluntary roles, Fahad was the Chairman of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration, and a board member of the Saudi Post.
Fahad holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting from King Saud University in 1986, he also holds a degree in advanced management and leadership from Oxford University in 2009.
Tariq Al Sudairy is the Managing Director and CEO of Jadwa Investment.
Prior to joining Jadwa, Tariq was a Senior Vice President at Amwal AlKhaleej, a regional private equity firm headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Previously, Tariq was a Manager with McKinsey & Company, based in Dubai, UAE.
Earlier in his career, Tariq was a Consultant with Lexecon Inc., an economics consulting firm in Boston, MA.
Tariq is a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), Abdulmouhsen Al-Hokair Group for Tourism and Development Company, and Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company (Luberef).
He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and holds a B.A. with honors in Economics from Williams College.
